“Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.” ~ Carl Jung

We consider relationships to be the most essential of human interactions. They can fill our lives with endless joy and immeasurable satisfaction. But when we’re misaligned, difficulties begin to infect our daily lives, delivering uncertainty, resentment and regret. Unfortunately, many relationships are plagued by ineffective and defective patterns that have devastating effects upon our personal and professional lives.

The majority of us have not been trained to use the tools required to deal with these destructive patterns that have built up over time. But we can always un-learn what we’ve learnt and step toward a new path, overcoming these exhausting habits and replacing them with ones that will nurture us.

This course is designed for anyone who would like to study human interaction in depth and encourages you to reconsider your understanding and definition of relationships. Our aim is for you to acquire a solution-focused agenda rather than descending into conflict, bickering and arguments. To free yourself from such habits, you will need to become aware of how these negative impulses are influencing your thinking and behaviour.

Whether you are in a relationship or are single, you’ll attain a comprehensive set of skills and tools to work through personal challenges. You will have the ability to change personal history, prevent and resolve conflicts, and build a value-centred relationship focused on shared growth and mutual support.
