This special Breakthrough experience is designed to deliver some of the most effective techniques used in the personal change field. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), is a personal philosophy, a way of life, and comprises a large body of techniques that enable change from the inside-out. It provides pragmatic processes to deal with the challenges that many people face in dealing with their mental and emotional wellbeing, whilst breaking through the limiting and hardwired behaviours we all possess.

During this one day experience, we will take you through a selection of the most powerful tools and techniques available through NLP. You will be given the time and space to fully experience the methods we present, enabling you to assimilate these processes and make use of everything you have learnt into your daily lives.  It is the practical application of NLP that will produce the necessary changes in your internal world.

The day is interactive and combines theory with experiential learning.  This provides an excellent fusion that will enable you to advance towards an authentic experience within NLPs area of magnificence.

The experience offers participants a selection of New Code and Classic code NLP models, practical activities and demonstrations. These will leave you with an enhanced understanding of the science of NLP and its many benefits.

  • NLP Origins: The Origins of Neuro-Linguistic Programming – The creators’ journey.
  • Presuppositions of NLP: NLP beliefs forming a set of ethical principles, which are useful in implementing change in ourselves and others.
  • Anchoring: Identify the anchors (stimulus-response) patterns we have unconsciously hardwired into our lives and creating new anchors of your choice. It’s a simple way of changing unwanted states into more resourceful states instantly.
  • State Choice: The ability to choose our response and our state at any moment is one of the most valuable skills we possess.
  • Perceptual Positions: Discover the power of being able to shift your mental maps by seeing, hearing and feeling the world through unique perceptual positions.
  • New Code NLP: Learn the difference between New Code and Classic Code and experience High-Performance states through New Code games.
  • Beliefs: Anything we unconsciously believe to be true in our inner world (thoughts), will always show up in our outer world (experience). Learn about the limiting, disempowering and empowering beliefs that shape our lives, along with the strategies to shift our beliefs.
  • Values: We all possess a set of personal values that dictate how we interact with and judge other people. Our values also dictate how we view ourselves and how we see the world. Learn how to evaluate and re-shape our values to align with who we are.
  • Goal mapping: This is an intense process in goal setting and ties our goals with our highest values, all in line with our beliefs. Design your life with the effective goal mapping model.
